So it is of no surprise that the tire is made in Japan with the help of Panaracer. If you could only pick one tread to produce this would be Bikeman's choice as well. A great all around tire choice, especially in the 2.3 size. The tire features a kevlar bead and professional graphics on the sidewall. |

$TBA | DEFCON One 27 Five Frame Designed in consultation with Kirk Pacenti the DEFCON 1 is an affordable, purpose built, 650B designed MTB frame . Details are yet to be confirmed but it is likely to be SS & geared compatible, spec'ed with double butted cromo tubing and available in S,M or L. The "One27Five" frame features 4130 Cro-Moly tubing with widened rear stays for good tyre clearance and gussets for extra strength on the downtube. The geometry reflects a re-think of what 650B bikes should ride like - all aspects have been considered including, BB hights, stay clearances, fork rakes and standover hights.....and a bunch of other stuff! Available early 2009. |
